Land measures ½ mile square on all sides and has been recently re-flagged.  It is surrounded by 1000's of acres of similar land and sits up high in the Pre-Cambrian Ridge northwest of the city.

Searchmont Ski Resort (largest vertical drop in the northeast) is only a 45 min drive.

Every conceivable amenity is available in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario (pop 75,000), a 20 min drive from the property. These amenities include: snowmobile and quad rentals, hiking equipment, boating, airport, hospital, restaurants, casino and the arts.
