is preferable, because we can get your page online more quickly (no
retyping or scanning). To send your information by email, just attach
the photos and content to your email message.
But sending information & photos by postal mail is fine too, we'll

Once you have visited
a web page, the page is stored in the "cache" memory of
your computer. This means that the next time you visit the page, you
may actually be viewing the version which is stored on your computer.

key down, while clicking on the reload or refresh button 
on your browser (ie. Internet Explorer or Netscape).

as you like, we design the page accordingly. 3 photos is the standard
package (this is because 3 photos downloads within acceptable time on
dialup internet access.) If you would like additional photos, the cost
is $8 (+ GST) per additional photo. |

Can I include
maps or surveys on my web page? |

Yes, but this
kind of information may be more difficult to display on the web. This
is because the page size is limited compared to paper-based maps &
surveys, and because the resolution (level of detail) on a computer
screen is much less than on paper, so small details are not legible.
Solid black or dark lines on a sketch will show up, whereas pencil lines
will not. (Note, the size of our scanners is 8 1/2" x 14",
so we cannot scan items larger than this size.) |

to 5 business days for your page to appear online, depending on whether
your photos require scanning and the copy needs to be typed. Providing
photos and content by email will shorten the setup time required. You

Canada-FSBO.com
started in 1999, due to local demand. It started as part of a local
community site, and then property owners from other regions requested
the same service, so Canada-FSBO.com was launched to provide a service
for properties across Canada.
The success rate and demand continues to increase, we've seen a significant
increase in late 200, early 2003. It seems that more home sellers and
buyers are using the Internet as a tool. From 1999 to 2001, approx.
25% of the properties listed through Canada-FSBO.com have been sold. |
